NATURAL DARK BROWN (06DBR) is produced from Lawsonia Inermes (Botanical
Name) Plant (stems and leaves) by manual process. This does not have any
chemical effect and it is purely natural.
  |

		|
PROCESSING METHOD OF NATURAL DARK BROWN (06DBR) |

For plantation of Lawsonia Inermes Plant, huge area of approx. 450 to
500 acres of pollution free land and pure water supply is required.

Lawsonia Inermes Plant is having 90 days life and during this period
stems and leaves are plucked twice before seedling. |

		|   |

		The production of NATURAL
DARK BROWN (06DBR) is as following process :

		CONCRETE TUBS

After plucking the stems and leaves during the morning hours (between 7
and 11),they are put in Concrete tub-1 within half-an-hour, this tub is
then filed with pure water. The stems and leaves are pressed from top
using wooden stick and kept for 18 hours. After 18 hours, the water
becomes greenish and leaves/stems becomes grayish

The greenish water is then shifted to Concrete Tub-2 by opening the
valve. The remains of stems and leaves are taken out and dried for
		burning purpose.

The greenish water in Tub-2 is then manually oxidized by leg from all
sides for about 4 hours continuously.
After continuous oxidization of 4 hours, it is allowed to settled down,
In 30 to 45 minutes, a thin paste is formed in the bottom of this Tub-2.
The water is then shifted to Concrete Tub-3. Now in Tub-2 NATURAL DARK
BROWN (06DBR) paste is formed after manual oxidation. This paste is then
taken for filtration. After filtration, the paste is evaporated in
		copper vessel using wooden fire.

After evaporation, again the paste is filtered. Then the thick paste is
taken for drying, it is kept in a closed area for 3 days for drying.
After 3 days, the NATURE DARK BROWN (06DBR) is ready for packing.

NATURAL DARK BROWN (06DBR) PRODUCTION PROCESS |

STAGE 1: DRYING OF HENNA (POWDER)

Procedure: Henna powder is dried in an automatic temperature controlled
FLUIDIZED RED DRYER (FBD) at a temperature around 105 – 110 0 C, so as
		it is moisture free.

STAGE 2: DRYING OF OTHER RAW MATERIALS

Materials – Citric acid / Light magnesium & Talcum powder

Procedure: This materials are dried in a separate dryer ie a TRAY DRYER
		at a temperature of about 80 – 90 0 C for 20 Min.

		STAGE 3: MIX STAGES II & I
Procedure: The above stage II dried materials & I are weighted properly
as per formulas to mix thoroughly in a
Rotary Drum Mixer for 15 Min.
